Drinks The bar at Scotia is modeled on what you might expect to find in any Scottish village. The atmosphere is cosy with two open fires in the bar, plus a wee snug at the back. Wines Predominantly New Zealand wines with an emphasis on the locally produced Central Otago wines. Pinot Noirs from Central, Sauvignon Blancs from Marlborough and Reds from Hawkes Bay among others. A smattering of carefully chosen Aussie Reds round off the list. View the Wine List Beer Dunedin has the good fortune of producing some of New Zealand’s finest beer with Emersons (Pilsner, Bookbinder, London Porter & I.P.A 1812) available on tap and, of course, no serious beer selection would be complete without our Celtic cousins “Guinness”.
